Services Included:
• Complete deep cleaning of the house, including hall, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and balcony. (Maximum 3 bathrooms)
• Dusting and cleaning of fans, lights, windows, railings, cabinets, and switchboards.
• Dry vacuum cleaning of corners.
• Vacuuming of upholstery.
• Cleaning all corners of the home.
• Full home dusting and wiping of furniture.
• Wiping of all mirrors.
• Cleaning of all windows and grills.
• Cleaning of false ceilings and crevices.
• Cleaning of all doors.
• Cleaning of floors.
• Cleaning of kitchen appliances from the outside (e.g., microwave, refrigerator).
• Descaling and cleaning of bathroom fixtures (e.g., taps, showerheads).
• Cleaning of exhaust fans and vents.
• Wiping down of baseboards and moldings.
Services Not Included:
• Cleaning of utensils.
• Cleaning of electronics from the inside.
• Removing items from cupboards and drawers.
• Moving furniture.
• Wall washing.
• Sofa and mattress washing.
• Exterior window cleaning (outside the house/building).
• Cleaning of carpets. • Deep cleaning of curtains and blinds (beyond dusting).
• Washing or scrubbing of outdoor areas (e.g., patios, driveways).
• Pest control services.
Terms & Conditions:
Please Note:
• No removal of paint, cement, or glue stains.
• No cleaning of fragile or religious artifacts.
• Garbage will be collected but not removed from the premises.
• For any damage or accident caused by the staff of the cleaning company, a maximum of 20% of the total service bill will be reimbursed by the company after complete inspection.
Customer Obligations:
• Provide basic necessities such as water and electricity.
• Provide drinking water facility for the working staff.
• In case of any delay in the project due to missing necessities or other factors, additional charges for transportation and labor will apply for the next day’s work.
Cancellation Policy:
• If service is canceled, the customer is liable to pay 25% of the ticket amount or a minimum of ₹700
